Launch of itSMF India !!
itSMF India chapter was launched on 27th October 2005 at the Bangalore IT.in event. Dr. S Sadagopan formally released a book on ITIL and launched the India Chapter. The membership plans and other information were made public during this event.

The Information Technology Service Management Forum India provides a forum for IT professionals and practitioners at all levels to network and learn from one another. Our informal events and gatherings are perfect places to meet people just like yourself.

The itSMF india provides an accessible network of industry experts, information sources and events to help you and your staff address IT service management issues and help you achieve the delivery of high quality, consistent IT service internally and externally through the adoption of Best Practice.

Over the last few years the India chapter has delivered best practice sessions in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad. The chapter is looking for industry collaboration to ensure the best practices are live and relevant at all times.
